Any of you guys using webviewer with your 7650 in the Philippines especially with the Globe network? What are the proper settings to make it work?

tried it, wasnt able to get it to work. i think it has something to do with the version you're running. 1.7 has problems, which were supposedly fixed in 1.8 but i havent tried it yet.

8)

follow this simply steps

1. goto TOOS --> SETTINGS --> CONNECTION --> ACCESS POINTS

2. press OPTION --> NEW ACCESS POINT --> USE EXISTING SETTINGS

3. choose your default globe gprs setting (example myGlobe GPRS)

4. on CONNECTION NAME, type any name (example WebViewer)

5. on GATEWAY IP ADDRESS, type 0.0.0.0

6. then SAVE

7. when starting to browse on the webviewer, after you enter the URL just select the connection that you made

8. same thing in SMART, just follow the steps

enjoy while its FREE! 😉

i think it is depend on your version of your firmware...

i got v3.12 and works fine, but my cozn got v3.16 then it won't work
i'm using webviewer v1.7.6, so must get the new version v1.8.4 to get it work on v3.16

i think... just a theory

what's your firmware version???

Thank you very much for the information.

My firmware is 3.12 and I am using webviewer 1.8.

I will try the settings later because I removed my webviewer program from my 7650 for now.
