Going to a new memorycard, transfer files? (and two other questions)

Hi,
First of all, sorry if any of these questions sound stupid. It's my first smartphone (my last phone was a brand new 6230).

I just bought the 5500, and whenever I reboot it, it says (sorry for incorrect translation): "Allow the SIM-card to send a message?", where I get the options yes/no. What could this be?

I'm sure I read the answers to the following question here somewhere, but I am unable to find it again.
How do I go from a small memorycard, to a larger one? I tried to backup my data, but a lot of files (including the text-to-speech voices) weren't backed up.
Nokia support said I should download it from their site, but I were unable to find all the files.

I tried to re-install the text-to-speech, but it said that it was already installed. How can that be? I can't find it anywhere, and when I try to access it through my phone, I only see blank fields where there used to be "Ellen, english" (or something similar).
Same goes for the danish language and the Groove Labyrinth.

Thank you for your answers 😊

-edit-
I managed to close the Sports app (removed the question)
I went to offline mode and back, and it was closed.

i had the same thing - even though you back up the files you lose them

you can get them back from here - i just ignored the version issue for grrove labrynth, doesnt seem to make a difference - all the voices and some other stuff are on there too

and it wont let me post the direct link - they are on the nokia site, just not where you first thing - just do a search or go through the 5500 homepagfe on there
