Wi Fi - What is it?

Hello, wonder if anyone can help me please?
Just got my N80 and I was wondering about Wi Fi, first of all I have no idea what it is - does anyone know of any articles that I can read up on about it?, I went to Birmingham last week and noticed a sign on the door to the Bullring shopping center that said 'Wi Fi' on it.... Sorry I sound pretty clueless on this but I would be really grateful for any help... Many thanks

check out that site for all sorts of stuff that will help you about wifi.
