Hi n9300i,
Depending on how you acquired the mp3 file and your phone's settings, there are different default directories where this file will be saved/copied. You may even choose the directory where you want the file to be saved if they came in via your Inbox. You may also use the File Manager to browse/search for your files.
Once the file have been saved in your phone, edit the profile where you want the mp3 fle to play as a ringtone by browsing for the file in the Profile menu.
