Gizmo Problems

So I just upgraded my phone using nsu to IE, I made 2 accounts of gizmo(one on the computer and one on the phone). I tried to connect using 2 routers and the phone gives me an error saying unable to connect to the connection network. Any ideas what this can be?

Maybe an gizmo server problem, can't call my girlfriend's N80 at this moment, and she should be at her home wifi, but no need for checking up on gsm network (for now) 😎

Im going to try to reinstall it maybe. also do u need to contact the support of truphone to get their service?

Now having problems with truphone too, when im activating the wizard it says unable to verify account.

That truphone error is a common error, I get it all the times, after you get the error, press the right soft key and sometimes it will connect, and sometimes it wont..I have notified truphone about this.

also try this

tools > settings > connection > sip settings > truphone-home > options > edit > proxy server & registrar sever > transport type (change both to tcp)

Have you set your port forwarding on your router. sip is port 5060 I think,

Cash do u have any ideas about gizmo, im tempted to do a hard reset but dont feel like installing every program again since i was doing that yesterday when i upgraded to IE.(would the port forward for gizmo be 5060 too?)

I think its the standard port for sip, so it should be ..
