the wallpaper for nokia 3250 is not big enough,, can it be done? does anybody have a programm to change this things? or to do new themes?, , all i want is that my images fit into the whole screen of my nokia 3250. thanks..

Do a theme ( using either Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition from http://forum.nokia.com/ or something like http://www.ownskin.com ).
There is also Zensis application Theme DIY. It is a commercial application (you're supposed to pay the developer for its use). You can probably find it in the shop: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/shop/

I already provided links to the free theme creation apps above. The Zensis app is commercial and nobody should be sending it around lest you break laws & regulations for most countries & the rules of this site.
