Pc suite adn outlook 2000

I have outlook 2000 with winxp.
when i'm going to syncronize the agenda is all ok. When I'm going to syncro the contacts, the program stopping on opening database.
how can i do?

From personal experience, when you want to synchronise contacts, outlook will pop up a little window asking if you want to allow a 3rd party program to access you e-mail lists. I guess it's some kind of protection against viruses or something. Anyway, just select sellect "allow for 1-2 minutes" and then click ok/allow. But I'm using Office XP so things might be a bit diferent for you.

yes... but in this case there isn't pop, the program is stoppen on opening database....

How long does the sync take? You can specify how long the pc-suite gets access to outlook afaik, so make sure the sync doesn't take longer.

the syncro of agenda/calendar is very fast, when start the syncro of contacts the programs stop on: opening database and the sincro don't start. After few minutes I close the program.
I have also winme on the same notebook, and the sync works fine.
