Hi,
I found this guys site and he's developing a screen saver for the N80 and is currently waiting for it to be signed (by whoever does that).
But he has an unsigned version on his page which he says you should be able to sign yourself. Can anyone else get this to work, I don't know if I'm just doing something wrong?

personally I wouldn't bother with a screen saver on the N80, the battery life is already crap and this is bound to have a dramatic negative effect on what little time we already have.
I used a full screen clock screen saver once and the battery lasted about 6 hours
yeah, I have noticed a negative effect on the 'alternate' ss I had... best thing to do is just kill the screen... its not like its a PC screen that you can watch little fish float by or anything... so dont waste the 'valuable' battery life on it.
I've tried using the screen saver on handy weather and it lasted about a day having a full charge, i cant believe how different it is to the normal screen saver.
I did a charge on sunday i think, and its still going now with 3 bars left.
I like to have the screen saver so i can see weather i get a call or message when at work as its on silent.
The problem I have with the nokia screen saver is that its so bloody small, might not be so bad on a bigger screen like the N73, but not the N80!
Incidently has anyone used a N73, is it better than the N80 in their opinion? apart from the lack of WiFi?

There is an app out now that notifies you of missed calls, or text messages eyc by different methods, either bleeps or screen flashes, I will se if I can find it ..and post it in this post

I dont rekon i'd get much for my N80 on ebay compared to what N73's go for.

Wait for the N95 ... you know you want to 😊....its a little longer, but it is also thinner..
The N95 does look brilliant, prob will be about 12months before it comes down in price enough for me to get one on ebay.
Isnt it a bit worrying that it slides both ways so if that got a bit loose it would be very annoyin!?

Well I am quite happy with my N80 now...apart from battery life...but I can live with that....it will do me for another 6 months 😊.,.
