On my Nokia 6630, I had installed a trial version of a predictive text suite. I uninstalled that after a while, but after the uninstall, I cannot input any text using the phone keypad! It just comes out as multiple digits. i.e. if I press keypad '2' two times, the phone should recognise it as an 'a', but instead, two 2's are displayed!
I found a thread on this forum with a similar problem (thread id 39649), but deleting 'PTIT9UDBOF.DAT' from 'C:\System\Data' did not help!
Also, I do not see the upper-right-hand-corner numeric/alphanumeric/T9 icon! That area is blank! 😱
Can someone please help me?

A way to get rid of all traces of such a nasty app is to reformat the memory card (if you installed it there), and reformatting the whole phone:

Like Windoz, eh?
The *#7370# code works for factory reset and the text issue is gone!
Thank you!
