Lost Java App for MMC card

Hi guys,
I had to do a complete reinstall, and now I have lost my JAVA app for memory card. it is not included with all memory card data.sis.
please where can I find it?

I tried there, but I think I had something like a version 4 or something.. I have firmware version 4,13 though... and Nokia did the installation as part of the upgrade.. now I've lost it..

its in the cd package. its not included in the memory card package so u have to open or explore your cd then click preinstalled in memory card and youll see the java.apps, hope this helps
