We have an application in the customer test stages signed with a
developer certificate that fails to install on any Nokia N80 (and
successfully installs on all other Symbian 9.1 devices we have tested).
Installation fails with the generic 'unable to install' message. This is
a client-server app with two .exe files in the sis - if we remove the
server .exe, the installation succeeds. I have tried stripping down the
server to just the c/s communication framework without success. Is this
a known issue, and how do I go about finding the cause of this problem?

It could be the case that an exe with the same name as the server already
exists. Try renaming the server.exe so that it's UID is part of the name.
