I've just recently got an N73 on Vodafone and although I think it's great, I can't get the software update to work. I have version 2.0628.0.0.1 and the Nokia website says that 3.0638.0.0.1 is available when I enter my phone's code. However, when I run the software updater it recognises the phone and then says 'No update available: Internal Module Error'. Does anyone know how to sort this out?

Two things can happen:
1. There is no upgrade for a branded phone (Vodafone);
2. You have a problem with NSU on your PC. Uninstall NSUand clean the registry. Reboot PC, and try again.
