My 9300 has been working perfectly for two years then suddenly in last two weeks it no longer displays the name of incoming callers on the external phone screen. Just their number. I have not touched the settings. Can't see anything in the manual/settings menus. Any ideas?

This happens, for instance, when you have more than one name listed with that particular number. Then the recognition system does not know which to chose!
My advise: check all possible names for this number and delete the unwanted..
