So i have noticed that their is new firmware out for my phone, i followed the site europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate, typed in my prodcut code: 0543843, and it said the latest firmware is V. 3.0638.0.0.30 and not V. 3.0649.0.0.31? I currently have V. 3.0638.0.0.30 operating on my phone, I had typed in *#0000#. What is going on ?

You may have to wait for a while since Nokia does not release firmware of all product codes at the same time. 😊
And, could also be a network lock device.
you can change the product code to another ME edition that has the update available and update your mobile .
