I dont like the idea of taking average scorer in the forum. If the guidelines aren't clear as to where to place an app, they need rewritten. A review is a personal opinion.

I agree with Ewan. Its has to be up to the original reviewer. By all mean reviewers could run their review by someone else to get them to check it. Aside from anything else gettimg average scores from the forum is one etxra step we don't need.

What Rafe and I were considering is having a core Senior Review team of 3-4 people who've got a good idea what the site is aiming for in terms of reviews, and you'd run it past one of the board members rather than in the Admin forum (as it's not really a global debate issue).
