Im a brand new Nokia N93 user and im trying to upgrade v11 to v20 firmware
Ok i have downloaded the firmware from Nokia
I installed the latest PC suite from Nokia, my problem is when i run the soft ware for upgrade it says detecting phone it passes that bit then just does nothing
Can you help me what am i doing wrong
Btw im using win XP
My mobile network is 3 Uk
Still no help yet 😞
I have just tryed install the PC Suite and Update on my new Vista laptop
It does not even get past the detecting phone bit now and PC Suite says all is working with phone connection to usb

As far as i am know Nokia PC Suite will run on Vista as i am doing so myself although not due to be officially supported by Nokia till the 2nd Q, But the NSU will not run on Vista as of yet, best bet would be a Nokia Service Centre which i actually prefer for updating anyway. The other reason you couldn't update on your XP computer was Nokia only re launched support for the N93 on 16th Feb this year but it is up and running again now.
