New N80 owner, newbie. Can someone tell me in "Plain" english how to set up WiFi for Hotspots, Coffee shops, airports etc. The general process step by step would be great. Again I'm a newbie so please bear with me. I travel alot work for the airlines and spend hours at airports, try to kill some time going on- line looking for flights or just general info. Don't want to go thru the carrier system but just "Free" Wi Fi" spots, thanks in advance if anyone can help me.
N80 WI FI settings?
you should first download the WLAN wizard from the nokia site.
That will allow easy scanning from your N80 of available networks.
Once the networks are found, you should be able to assign them as an access point by clicking on them from the WLAN wizard screen
then you can start your browser, and choose the new access point you have added.
You may of course still need to ass passkeys in to certain hotspots / freespots or correct names for hidden ones.
