SanDisk, the most respected manufacturer or add-on flash memory for smartphones and handhelds, has just announced the first 4GB microSD card (staggering, if you've seen the size of microSD media) and has also announced the first multi-adapter SD kit, the likes of which we'll be seeing more and more of in shops. Details below.
Read on in the full article.
The "kit" for 3 formats is just perfect! Finally:icon14:
Yes, the kit is a great idea, it means you can just buy one card and it will work on almost any phone.
Having said that, all new phones use microSD so we probably won't need the kit in a couple of years.
By the way, does anyone know if any of the new Symbian models use SDHC?
Kingston already made double adapter kit...
Please tell me the N95 will support this (or the chances of a firmware update if that is required), because it'll be just ludicrous if the phone that most requires and could most make use of a high capacity card can't access the highest capacity card...

If it's an issue for you, I'd strongly suggest you wait for an S60 model that does support it. There's bound to be one before the end of the year, and by the sound of things the N95's features such as GPS are spreading to other models fairly quickly.
