hi guys ive searched high and low for an answer to this question all around the forum but cant seem to make any sense of it.
ive got an N73 and ide like to change the operator logo...... i went to a site, and all it did was download a jpeg of the "TIM" logo ............ how do i go about installing it onto my phone? keep in mind ive got no idea, so explaining to me as if im a 4 year old will helps :P
thanks guys
I think the only way with the N73 that works, is if you get the operator logo sent as a specially formatted operator logo SMS message.
oh ok... do you know where i can get that sent to me from?
Look what I found (don't know if it works in your case):
Use a filemanager like FExplorer or SeleQ to add the folders: "c:/system/Apps/phone/oplogo". Add a .bmp picture to folder "oplogo" and restart your phone! The .bmp picture size needs to be: 97 x 25 pixels
Is this working on N73?
And how to check what should be the operator's logo filename?
Most operators sell other logos! Check with yours!

That does not work on any S60 3rd Edition based device.
Look for a program called AniSimb.. I think it installs animated operator logo..
i just download anisimb and tried to run it into my n73 and it told me its not supported
