7610 Problems calling and phone line — Nokia 7610 and 6670

Well I recently got a 7610 and had a few problems.

Firstly whenever someone rings me it never comes up with the name of the caller and it just displays "call" ive tried diffrent formatting for the phone numbers ( mobiles tried 07 and +44 also tried land line phone numbers nothing works it doe not show unknown numbers as well, but its fine for SMS/other messages.

and Some how I've switched over to the second phone line and dont know how to change it back so I cant call anyone at the moment ( theres a little 2 icon under my battery power) how do I change it back?

The name of that person does not appear because it have two or more fields with same number. Just delete them.

And try switching phone lines with a long press of the '#' key.

changed the line fine now thankgully still the contacts are not coming up

ive totaly formatted the phone and wiped the sim card there is only one number under each contact and even from new numbers ringing me it only says call ... 😞
