my phone only works if i have the battery cover off. If i have it on, the phone goes to a nokia logo screen and simply freezes. and when i do have the battery cover off, i cant access the hard drive. so im assuming that without the battery cover on, i cant get into the harddrive.
ive done the *#7370# reset already and still the same . any suggestions to how to fix this??
