I have a 6681 which I want to connect using my laptop's bluetooth and my laptop will be connected to the internet.. Is there any way to do it??

Yes, use PC Suite for this. You will need to create some settings, so be sure you know the access point, user name and password provided by your operator. The speed will be limited to about 20kBps, though. It would be better to use an USB connection to make full use of the 3G.
