lock code forgotten

You could try a hard reset (but this will wipe the internal memory including contacts and Calendar entries).

1. Power off phone
2. Hold down 3, *, and Green buttons
3. Power on (while still holding the three buttons)
4. Wait 60 seconds (while still holding the three buttons)

This will clear the lock code as well as formatting the internal memory.
