How to read my contacts backup ?

I have taken a backup of my NOKIA 6681 contacts using ALON CONTACT GUIDE OF NOKIA 6681 and this created a .adb file.Now I have lost my contact and I want to get the contact from this .adb file .

So can any one help me on how to read this .adb file and send me any link to software which can show me the contents of this .adb file .
