Syncing with Exchange

Hello!

I'm looking into buying a new smartphone and would like to go back to a Symbian one (I used to have a P900), after a brief stoop over at Windows Mobile.

But I've the following issue:

Is it possible to sync an UIQ phone with several (that is more than 1) MS Exchange contact folders in Outlook?

I have 3 different contact folders (2 shared via Exchange and 1 local with my private contacts).

To sync them on my old Windows Mobile phone, I was running an aftermarket sync program (Chapura Pocketmirror plus), which, on syncing, assigned a different category to each contact depending on the folder is was stored in.

Does UIQ support this feature right away or is there a program out there that does?

No vendor in any store could help me so far.

Cheers

Dan

If you with "..sync...MS Exchange contact folders in Outlook" mean perform an remote sync with Exchange using an ActiveSync client I think the answer is no.

The Exchange ActiveSync client provided to the UIQ3 phones are "RoadSync" (by Dataviz). The only selectable option is wether to sync Contacts or not (no option so specify which contact folder to sync).
If you prefer to perform a local sync with Outlook you can select which local Contact folder to sync but I don't believe you can select more than one.
