I just started using my P910i again and I have loaded the latest PC sync software (3.1.1) on my laptop running Windows 2000. I have Outlook 2003 SP2 and everything is installed and setup vanilla. I am connecting my P910i using the standard Sync Station and USB.
The phone connects up to my laptop fine. I can browse it, I can back it up, I can even pick the folders from my Outlook that I want to synchronise to. But when I try to synchronise, it starts and then all I get is the extremely unhelpful error message "Synchronisation failed".
Any ideas on what I can try before I decide to ebay it and go back to a Nokia?
Even if there was some way debugging the process to find out where and what the problem is would be of help.
