New N80ie user with questions

Hello all, I just received my N80ie yesterday and am pretty happy with it so far, but I have a few questions. First off, will the N80ie play music downloaded from Rhapsody? Second, I'm in the US running on Cingular's Edge network but I haven't been able to get Orb fully working on the N80. I can login to Orb and view photos stored on my computer from the phone's browser, but when trying to view a video it says "page not available" when trying to stream music RealPlayer opens and says "could not connect." Has anyone else experienced this problem, my connection speed from DSL reports shows about 122kbps. I would imagine this should work since Orb is listed on Nokia's N80ie product page and the N80 is featured in a number of pictures on the Orb website. I do have a firewall on my computer, but it is configured properly to allow Orb connections. Anyway, thanks in advance and I'm happy to be a new member of the N80 community, my last phone was the 6682.

Make sure Orb is open and running in your system tray of your home computer first. Then run the orb application on your computers browser, if everything works on your computer then there should be no problems on your N80's browser.

You need to make sure you have realplayer set up to the correct access point, unfortunately it doesn't pop up with 'choose an access point' like the other aps. Open the menu and go to Imaging, then Realplayer, then options, then settings, then connection, then network, then Default Access Point: then pick whichever access point you are currently using, eg home wifi, gprs, whatever. You need to change this everytime to try to stream something with realplayer when using a different access point. It's a real pain - but should get it working for you.

Changing the RealPlayer access point did the trick, thanks. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed about with the phone is the quality of the ear piece, when I'm on a call voices sound very metallic, does anyone else have this problem?

Note that the connection on the lovely pop-port can be a bit iffy at times.
I've had mine randomly lose the right speaker at times and a little wiggle bringing it back...
