Thanks to the E-series blog for pointing out that Nokia has released a free Time Zone Upgrader utility, updating the rules for automatic Daylight Savings Time adjustments in some countries. Especially applicable to those the in the good ol' USA apparently.

Actually, they took it down. I tried using Google's cached version of the Nokia software page and the link there was inactive as well.

Well, it's back (on europe.nokia.com) and although the text is bogus ("will be changing" for something posted on the 12th, which is the day after it changed).
It doesn't, however, want to play with my E61 (it downloads, then my phone complains).
