Last week I got a new Nokia n91 8gb on contract and at the weekend it developed a rather strange problem.
The keypad wont lock/unlock.
When I got the phone, when the slide cover is covering the buttons underneath, the keypad would be locked and when you slide cover down, the keypad unlocks. But now it wont lock/unlock.
Does anyone know whats wrong with it?
Will I need to send it back to the company I got it from?
Can I use the master reset and all will be ok again?

You can try the reset code. If is not resolved, and since is a new device, send it back.
Take your handset back ASAP with a copy of your receipt or contract to place of purchase or your local Nokia Care Centre. If Nokia receive a handset back within 14 days of purchase it is covered by an 'ELF' Early Life Failure. Your handset gets replaced, so you get a new imei.. otherwise it goes for service and get same one back

My keypad automaticaly locks/unlocks when I lock the phone using the lock button. If I don't do this, the keypad is always unlocked
