To get a developer certificate and use the DevCertRequestTool, you have need to have an account (you must be registered) on http://www.symbiansigned.com/
Note that the RotateMe app is being redistributed without the consent of the original developer, so you actually shouldn't be doing what you're trying to do at all, but wait for the app developer to release the app when he is ready.
na the problem is the download n the site comes up with a white 'page cannot be displayed' action
thas why i am wondering if any one has it RAR'ed ZIPPED ect
i gave up the ms batch file didnt open for me so i guess im going to wait for official launch

Here's the link: h**ps://www.symbiansigned.com/DevCertRequest_30_10_2006_v2.0.exe < Just replace the asteriks with "t." Have you read the signing guide from
this site? Those were the instructions I followed and it worked like a charm.

Are you saying that you couldn't open the MS Batch file with Notepad or did the Batch file not run after you edit it with the Notepad?
It's been pretty cool to browse the web in landscape mode. Do note that there are some glitches that will probably be fixed in the final release.

alright kin I have a folder with auto_signsis.bat, the sis file, signsis exe, my csr file and sultan key. What do i do now?
STUPID NEW PROBLEM I THINKS ITS WHYI GAVE UP A MONTH OR SO AGO 😡
File is not valid .csr file
There are several reasons why requesting a Developer Certificate could result in a failure. Please check the following:
For Symbian OS v9, the binaries in the SIS file do not use any Phone Manufacturer approved capabilities that have not been signed for previously.
Ensure that the number of IMEIs supplied in the .csr does not exceed the mandated limit.
If the Developer Certificate Request (.csr) file was created using your ACS Publisher ID, then ensure that your ACS Publisher ID has not expired . Double click on the ACS Publisher ID to verify this.
If the .csr was generated using your ACS Publisher ID, the correct associated ACS Publisher ID key was supplied to DevCertCreate.
The .csr was created using DevCertRequest.

Open auto_signsis.bat with Notepad, and you should get some similar to this:
signsis 00000.sis 11111.sis 22222.cer sultan.key 0123456
Now rename 00000 to the file name of the unsigned RotateMe sis file, rename 11111 to the file name that you want your signed RotateMe sis file to be, and rename 22222 to the name of your DevCertificate. Be sure not to use any spaces for your file names. Mine looked like this:
signsis RotateMe_Unsigned.sis RotateMe_Signed.sis RotateMe.cer sultan.key 0123456
Save the file [just go to File > Save], close Notepad, and then launch auto_signsis.bat by double clicking on it. It should close by itself after a few seconds with your signed sis file created.
Hope I explained this okay,

No problem, man. Browsing in landscape mode is pretty helpful when you read a blog of text since there's less scrolling involved. And I agree that it does look pretty wicked!
