Hello. I need help! I tried to use my back camera but it kept saying "OPEN LENS COVER" even if it's already open. I tried to close the lens cover and open it again but it never worked. I even tried to turn off my phone and I waited about three minutes to turn it back on but it still didn't work. Please help. Thanks.

It looks like your side button which activates the camera is damaged. Take your phone to a service.

remove the back cover of your phone. notice, at the right side, there is that side button switch which ratza was talking about. it could be the reason.
OR check the cover itself, if you open it and face the inside to yourself, notice that small protruding plastic/hook. that switches on the camera. if it's not there, then it might be your cover that's damaged...
