Question about Emoze

I am considering using Emoze to try out Push Email, however I am a little confused.

How does the software receive new messages? I mean, if it requires staying permenantly logged in using GPRS surely I may as well just set up a timed email download as both will be using GPRS data usage?

Im just trying to figure out how this works and if it will use less GPRS data usage than a scheduled email check.

Anyone tried it and can shed some light on this please?

Actually it makes alot of traffic. The only "advantage" is that the email comes after about 1-2 minutes after arriving on server. I used it for two days with Lotus Notes 6.5.4 just to test it.
