I was jut getting excited to buy my N95 now, not that excitment is gone
camera pix goes down a bit though with 3.2 mm and of course the e90 is in as slightly different marketing class as a descendant of the business nokia communicator series, still it almost touches upon all multimedia features of the n95...

very true, i think the n95 beats it in functionality wise, also e90 hasnt got 3D graphics accelerator or tv out, the only reason id go with the e90 is for the RAM, on boot it has 79mb free RAM left for the user, ware as n95 only has 21mb free on boot, other than that i think n95 will be the more feature rich, the e90 is nice tho.
The E90 is using the very same OMAP 2420 processor with built-in 3D graphics accelleration (for applications written using OpenGL ES 1.1 APIs) as the N95, N93 and N93i.

thats the first iv heard of that, i thought the 3D accelerator workd with the tv-out function? and e90 dont have tv-out, so im suprized that its got the 3D chip
Whether the device has 3D acceleration hardware has nothing directly to do with the existence of TV-out or lack of it (a phone might indepdendently support only one or the other, or both at the same time).
The two phones are aimed towards different segments of the market
as I see it. The fact that we even compare them to each other makes
me think that they are both exellent phones, wich can handle such a
wide variety of tasks, that we feel that they are competitors.
You would never see people in a forum for cars, comparing a racecar
and a pickup.
Excuse me, for spelling/grammar mistakes. I'm from Sweden.
Link not working anymore - goes to http://www.intomobile.com instead now.. 😞
Well it was an old thread dragged up for some odd reason.
/😊 E90 is not a phone. It's an ancor. I better get a laptop than that brick.
And sorry but n95 is 10 times better. Camera on E90 is 3.2 mpx only
