For N70: GPS module Nokia LD-1W vs LD-3W

I can't find the differences between this two nokia GPS modules.

I intend to use TomTom 5 mobile so... which of this two is the best?

I'm to buy one nokia GPS module due to it using the same batery as the N70 (BL-5C) which I have a couple for spare and it uses a nokia charger.

Other opinions on GPS modules are welcome of course :icon14:

LD-3W. More recent technology, SirfStarIII, 20 channel, and not 12 channel of LD-1W. The cold start and hot star far fast then LD-1W and is more accurate.
