Copying MMC to MMC

Hi there, Can anyone help me....

I've recently purchased a 2GB MMC for my Nokia 6670. I'm currently using the original 64MB MMC. I have cleaned the 64MB card of all images and video's using the Nokia PC Suite.

Only problem is I wanted to copy my installed games onto the new 2GB MMC. Can it be done at all? If so how? Any information regarding this would be much appreciated. :con?

Thanks

You could use an USB card reader to copy the complete file structure of the old card to a PC and then back to a new card.

All ready tried that - copying to a PC and then back again - No good. Only copies images, documents, videos. Would like to try copying installed games. If I can't then there's no big deal - will just have to swap memory cards over when ever i want to play a game...... bought this new MMC for more music (mp3) and longer video record time.

Thanks....

N/A is right, one thing to make sure is that you are getting the system and hidden files. Windows defaults to hiding these from view, you'll have to show them going to Tools->Folder Options and then the View tab to show System and Hidden files (2 different checkboxes).

One other detail that MUST be done is to make sure your new memory card has the same name that the old one you are replacing does. For example, if your old card's name was "MemCard" you have to make sure you name your new card that after you format it.

Hopefully that helps!

...now a question from me... does the 6670 support 2GB cards? I thought 1GB was the limit?
