Hi,
I have just purchased a Nokia E50 w/o camera and was wondering if what the latest firmware version is? I have read some posts indicating that a firmware update is not available for this the E50 w/o a camera and some posts that make reference to RM-171 being the latest firmware version for this phone. Which one is correct- please help. :con?

Not sure exactly of the current latest firmware.
But you can download the NSU (nokia software updater) from the support page of nokia.com (you would have to select the name of the phone you are using before then)
when you download the updater to your PC you then install it.
First Back up your phone.Connect your phone to the PC in 'PC Suite mode' and then run the NSU ,follow the on-screen instructions.The software will search and download the latest firmware update for your phone,it will then install it.
