helloo every1 plzzz advice me on this hugggeee prob of mine. i recently bought a nokia 3250 without warranty, i had been using it for 5 days in whch after 2 days the fone started showing "not charging" message when i plugged a charger. Now when i switch on the fone it says local mode or test mode... no button works so i av 2 remove the battery. but if i try to remove and put the battery abt 30times i manage 2 switvh on the fone and it workd fine, while in local or test mode i am able 2 connect a usb detected by pc.. plzzzzzzzzzzz tell me if this is a hardwre fault or a software???? IIISSS IITTT REPAIRABLE!!!??!?!?!?!

Format the phone, wit*#7370#, and if is software must be solved. If is hardware, you must go to a Nokia Service.
if *#7370# doesnt work,
try hard reset: turn off your phone, hold * + 3 + green + power for a few second
if it's still doesnt work, try for a firmware update..
