My nokia E50 has suddenly become very slow. It is visible when u swap through applications. I always ensure that the apps running in memory are closed regularly. further also have an add on card of 1 GB.
sometimes it also hangs when i take a call. I then have to remove the battery and restart the phone.
Pls help

How much space is free on the card and on the internal (C) flash disk?

You could get an application to help monitor the free RAM on the phone.
Maybe BestTaskMan (psiloc), or any other 3rd party application that can check and monitor RAM.
The amount of free phone memory also affects the phone performance.
Try to free up your (C drive) phone memory for starters..see if anything changes.
If you do not have the latest firmware, either install that now - or go and find the "SMS Acccelerator" fix and install that.
I also find that keeping my phone call register/logs and inbox/sent messages clean and tidy ie delete shite you dont NEED, helps immensely.
