i wanted to rename my communicator in my pc suite but i couldnt so what i did was to remove the software and reinstall it, but when i use it, it still recognizes my communicator's old name and there was no way i could add a new device. i tried deleting the imei file in the nokia folder but it still doesnt work.is there a file in windows that i have to delete? i really just wanna rename my device and back it up

Try using Regedit and deleting the following key.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nokia\NokiaConnect6\EPOCDevices\"name of your device"
