A user asked me if this link is warez! Its the 2 CDS that come with the P800.

Bit tricky this one. Should see the EULA of that one.
Without it I would say its illegal to distribute.

Any one needing this CD would normally have this already. If it's a link to a download on the SonyEricsson page, then thumbs up, otherwise nope.

The situation is like this....this CDs are distributed with the latest release version (commercial) and not with the Prototype-and the one sold with CodeWarrior. However, the link is in the first post and it doesnt look SE like!

So should we allow it or not! My vote goes to NO!

The page has copyright notices to sonyericsson, but i dont think it has
nothing to do with it though. Strange that SE has not provided those
for download.
But I wote NO too ...for now.

Copyright notices and disclaimers are a myth........waste of kbytes!
If SE wanted to make them freely available they would be in their site for download!

I just checked the site and it looks anything else than legal in my opinion.
I vote No, as it seems that the whole purpose of this site is to distribute the CDs and there isn't any connection to SE.
