N80 Bluetooth Problem

Hi guys, im new to this. I just got a Nokia N80, but for some reason I cant seem to turn bluetooth "on". It says 'Unable to perform bluetooth operation'. I thought that it was because of the old firmware, so i upgraded to the newest one which is v4.0632.038, but the problem wasnt fixed? Is this normal, like do i have to set it up in the phone settings/options of something or is this like a hardware problem? I need help. Also i dont know how to use the Wi-Fi, everytime i use the web, it connects through my provider it says connecting via 'goRogers' (Rogers being my provider). I dont know if this is really Wi-Fi, cause when i go to connect>conn. mgr>available WLan> it doesnt detect any Wlan. However i can still go on the web? So is that Wi-fi? Need help, muchly appreciated.

Try Restarting your phone,.go to connect->bluetooth->change from 'off' to 'on'.If you are trying to send something by bluetooth to another bluetooth device your 'phone visibility' has to be set to 'on'.

The other stuff about wifi. .
Your service provider (via Rogers) isnt a wifi access point, moreover that it doesn't show in your 'avail. Wlan' folder. Its likely to be a GPRS,EDGE,or 3G connection that is being used.
To use your phone's wifi.->go near a wireless internet access point, or wireless router or something like that.. Open the 'availble wlan' folder ,if its an WLAN access point the phone will automatically scan and should show there (it'll normally show the name of the wlan access point and the signal strength next to it) ,.if you want to use that access point -open the application you want to use it for .e.g. your web browser .. it should then show 'searching for access point' and then show a list of possible connection options. Click on 'search for wlan' you then select the wlan access point that shows..it will then use that access point.

No, its not that it doesn't work when i try to connect to another bluetooth device. Its just that i cant even turn it 'on'. when i try to turn it on, it says 'unable to perform bluetooth operation'. So i cant even connect to anything because i cant even turn it on. Any solution to the problem?

Could be software problem

Probably Something in the software preventing the phone from accessing the bluetooth hardware.

So, what can I do to fix this. I already upgraded the firmware to the latest one, Bluetooth still can't turn 'on'. Please Help by suggesting what I can do.

Nokia Service Center?
or Since you just got it, you could take it back to where you bought it.
