VIDEOMMS is ONLY for WIND customers. Posting links and files cannot asure that only WIND customers get it. However, in order to download the software via WAP there is a small (but important for WIND) WAP charge that WIND will lose when the software can be downloaded from other sites. We are aware that VIDEOMMS is available for download elsewhere, however we do not support such actions and will NOT allow distributing either via PM or in the Forum.
Something about it being only for those users and equating to warez if someone not on that service has it, or something like that.

Fair enough, I can now see why it's considered as trading warez over the forum...
Its also to do with the liscencse agreement which forbids redistribution (which is what this would be). Breaking the liscence agreement would be illegal.
AAS has to take a very strict line and does so because the admin team believe in it.
what about hantro Video Player? Is it legal for non T-Mobile customer to owns it RAFE? 😃
Same thing for the Hantro player, it's classified as warez, that's why it's off this site.

Well, if you could say that. There are times that a member posts something and that it takes time before the mods see it, then they are able to get it. There are too many AAS members already that the moderators could not check all the posts upon its posting. It is the responsibility of the AAS member to abide by the rules and regulations of AAS, otherwise, it's a shame.
As a member of AAS, maybe it should come from you to refrain from getting warez even if there's a possibility.

Well we didn't know if it was warez or not, and due to the excitement of all the members and the breakthrough of that really nifty software, they let it go, then it was realized that it is warez (after alot of talking and mailing), and therefore it was deleted from this site.
