Memory password reset on the E61

I've got myself into a soup now! My phone got misplaced recently and fearing it had been stolen I locked my phone through the Auto Lock feature. Now a few days later I got my phone and did unlock it but the memory card still seems to locked and when I enter the password it keeps saying incorrect password.

I tried everything including all the regular passwords that I use. I even hard reset my phone and erased all data. Still no luck. When I try and connect the memory card to my computer (through a memory card reader), it doesnt show up.

Is there any way that I can reset this memory card password?

OK I got this figured out! The unlock password is infact the same as the locking message that was sent as an SMS to lock the phone in the first place.

Well done finding the solution. It can be a nightmare dealing with all of the different usernames and passwords of 'this modern life'. I just recently had the handy wallet program on the e61 deleted and a whole bunch of passwords and usernames that I had went down the toilet with it. Nightmare. And a warning to all those that use & rely on such a program: back up your data because if something happens you are either in trouble or in for a lot more work!
