How to resolve the bug of HandyClock?

3 replies · 2,480 views · Started 17 March 2007

I installed HandyClock v4.0 and set up a repeat alarm, but I found I can not close it when it began to work. I tried to modify, disable and delete the alarm, but no way to solve. I also uninstalled it, and installed a new version (v4.5), the bug has been settled.
BUT to my surprised the old alarm (set up with the v4.0) has NOT been removed and makes noises everyday and can not be closed, it is so terrible!
Now, I can not find any way to remove it even I delete the HandyClock software. I don't know where the alarm setting saved in the mobile drive C: ...
Is there anyone help:icon13: Thanks a lot.

Doh. I feel for you. I was an early adopter of HandyClock. Maybe de-install new, install old, and try to delete alarm then? You can write them to. They're pretty responsive.

Do not uninstall ANY alarm program before you delete all the alarms. So: install again HandyAlarm, delete all alarms which are visible in the list and only after this uninstall the application.
