Hi,

I've got N70 with CoPilot but want to switch to TomTom. Got the software and maps-it works fine BUT the GPS Receiver does not work. How can I pair the existing CoPilot receiver to work with TomTom??

Thanks,

f

Hi, it paired with the device but then there is NO VALID GPS SIGNAL message appearing😞 when switch to the normal screen GPS SIGNAL LOST xy MIN AGO appears...

any idea what may be wrong ?

thanks,

f

I get that message when the GPS receiver is paired but has not found enough satellites to work out the position. I wait for a minute or so OR move to a better location (more view of the sky). It is best not to be on the move while trying to get the first fix.

The GPS have a cold start and a hot start. The first time, cold start, can take several minutes before catch the signal.
