Dear All,
Is there any software through which we can send sms' to nearby cell phone without being charged?
It is taking too long to open My Own & Tools folders on my N70 handset. What could be the reason(s)?

See with your operator. Some of them, allow some limited number by period of time, free of charge from PC.
To speed the device, cgeck if is another firmware available. Use NSU for that.
Use the applications that can send SMS through bluetooth.

Search on Nokia's web page for Sensor. This will allow sending your messages to nearby phones.
The links are invalid on the Nokia site now for the Sensor application, have they stopped this?
