I have a problem with my www broswer on my Nokia 9500.
Here's what I get when curising wap.

Is there any way I can upgrade my version number through the web?

No do-it-yourself firmware updating of the 9500 without illegally distributed firmware files and relatively expensive flashing equipment. Take the phone to your nearest Nokia service/repair center for that: http://www.nokia.com/repair
Your problem might be fixed by reformatting the phone, though:
