urgently backup contacts

I want to know how to Backup my contacts list to MMC memory card.

Use the backup option in the "Memory" app. The restoring works only reliably on the same device, or another device if it is the same model.

I'm not sure if this option exists also in 6600, but onn my N70 I have in contacts menu an option to copy to MMC.

Ah, true. Forgot about that feature (never really used it, as I primarily use PC Suite to synch contacts). It didn't exist in 6600, and not sure when it first appeared.
