Recovering lost DATA

I have an N-73 on Three (UK) and I have just deleted a picture of my dad. I really really want to retrieve this picture but I don't know where to start. 😮

Can anyone help me?

It was on the phone memory, not on a card.

On card, there is software for that... now on phone:con? Maybe with Nokia Service:con?
