I'm trying to find a BT stereo headset for my N73, but none of the Nokia models (BH-500, BH-501 or BH-601) seem to be compatible. Is there any BT stereo headsets available at all for N73?

The N73 doesn't support A2DP (at least as far as I'm aware), so its pretty useless trying to search for a stereo bluetooth headset.
clonmult is right, the N73 doesn't support A2DP and there are no plans to do so as far as I know. You might be able to get a generic one which plus into the 3.5mm jack on the audio converter, but thats a bit messy and wont work as a headset.
